Kevlyn Investments is a California Corporation organized to provide primarily real estate investment and property management services; it is headquartered in Davis, California. Kevlyn’s current portfolio includes five properties in four major west coast markets totaling 325 units. Aggregate value of the current portfolio is roughly $50,000,000. At present, the portfolio consists exclusively of multi-family properties; other investment property types such as office and retail have, from time to time, been included in the portfolio.

Greg Kennedy, President and CEO of Kevlyn, has an extensive background in commercial banking, independent brokerage of real property and real property lending. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate and has sufficient additional education to qualify for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) examination.
Eldon Dalke, CFO of Kevlyn, has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, Taxation, Real Estate and Financing during his working career. He also has a California Real Estate Broker License.
Wayne English, former owner and founder of Kevlyn Investments, has over 35 years of experience in real estate syndication and management. Under his guidance, Kevlyn has grown from the first multi-family property in Oakland, California purchased in 1968. Mr. English holds a Masters degree in Economics. He is a significant equity participant in all Kevlyn properties. Though no longer involved in the day-to-day business of Kevlyn, he continues to consult for Kevlyn, maintaining his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
